Membership Criteria
IAIM membership is available at a corporate level and is reserved exclusively for firms that meet the following criteria:
Direct Portfolio Management: Investment management firms directly involved in managing portfolios in their own funds and/or client assets, including through sub-advisory and multi-management.
Regulatory Compliance: Authorised and regulated entities that meet all regulatory requirements to conduct investment activities in Ireland or in an Irish vehicle (UCITS or AIFMD).
Legal Presence: Firms with a registered legal presence in Ireland or those authorised to provide investment services in Ireland by the Central Bank or through appropriate passporting arrangements under EU Directives.
