Donough Kilmurray, Chief Investment Officer, J&E Davy Unlimited Company

Donough joined Davy in 2019 as Chief Investment Officer.  He has overall responsibility for the Davy investment offering, including investment strategy, selection, portfolio construction and management.  Prior to joining Davy, he spent 19 years in the Investment Management Division of Goldman Sachs in New York and London.  From 2008 he was the Head of Investment Strategy for the EMEA Wealth Management business.  In this role he was responsible for advising and overseeing the portfolios of private and institutional clients across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.  Donough joined the New York office of Goldman Sachs in 2000 and became a Managing Director in 2008.  A CFA charter-holder, he earned a PhD in Mathematics and an MS in Finance from the University of Illinois (Urbana-Champaign) in 2000, and graduated from University College Dublin with an MSc in Mathematics in 1993.2.
